Vestal collections are watches, eyewear, softgoods & accessories that fine-tune style and expression for the musically inspired individual. Established in 1997, Vestal is marketed and branded through friends, musicians, artists, and athletes who are immersed within music culture. Vestal can be found in specialty stores and finer boutiques around the world.

[WARRANTY]

Your VESTAL limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover the watch case, battery, strap, bracelet, crystal and crown. Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, and normal wear and tear is not covered. Water damage is not covered unless the watch is marked water resistant. VESTAL's warranty is void if any party other than a certified watch repair professional disassembles the product in any manner.

If you live outside the Australia, please locate your country in the Vestal International contact section and call your country's distributor for repair information.

If you live in Australia and the watch is defective, please call (02) 9540-4454 or email warranty@vestalwatch.com.au for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Watches sent back to us without a Return Authorization (RA) number will not receive service and will be returned at owner's expense. See below for return address. Thanks

[ UNDERSTANDING WATER RESISTANCE ]

Here's a quick reference guide to help you understand the water resistance ratings for watches and the various activities you can expose your watch to without water damage. Watches, no matter what the water resistance is, should not be worn in any hot tub, hot shower, sauna or steam room.

3 ATM=Splash Resistant. Suitable for light rain or drizzle.

5 ATM=Water Resistant. Suitable for rain, water balloon fight, or wading in a pool.

10 ATM=Water Sports Worthy. Suitable for swimming, surfing or diving up to 100 meters.

30 ATM=Submarine Worthy. Suitable for extreme depths of up to 300 meters.

[ CARING FOR YOUR WATCH BAND ]

If your watch band is made of leather, try to avoid getting it wet. Water will ruin the leather. In the event that the leather band is ruined, VESTAL has a limited supply of replacements that can be sold back to you. To keep the integrity of the exclusive design of your Vestal watch, we do not switch bands on watches for other material types or colors. Call the VESTAL warranty department for details (02) 9540-4454. If your VESTAL watch is equipped with a stainless steel band and it has been exposed to salt water, rinse band in fresh water soon after exposure.

[ DELIVERY STANDARDS ]

Online orders usually ship within 1 - 2 business days.  Orders received over the weekend will ship the first business day of the following week. Please allow a little extra shipping time during the holidays. We don't ship internationally. However, we Will ship to New Zealand.

[ SHIPPING/BILLING ADDRESS ARE DIFFERENT ]

vestalwatch.com.au uses several measures to protect you from fraud. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, a customer service representative will email the cardholder to verify the order legitimacy prior to it being processed. In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately.

If shipping address is not a confirmed address (the address on file with credit card company), the order might be subject to cancellation and the money will be refunded back to the credit card.

[ RETURN/REFUND POLICY ]

Vestal offers a 30 day return/exchange policy from the date of purchase for all products purchased from vestalwatch.com.au All items must be in new and unused condition, and must be sent back with all original packaging and contents. Please call us Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM PST, at (02) 9540-4454 or email warranty@vestalwatch.com.au so we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for your return. All returns must be sent back to us with this Return Authorization Number for accurate tracking. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned without a valid RA # or product that shows signs of wear.
